Bausparen – a safe way to home ownership
In Germany, bausparen plays an important role in housing finance. About 60 percent of all property purchasers use bauspar funds. Many young people start saving early with a bausparkasse.
In contrast to other savings models which only exist in individual countries, bausparen has long since established itself in Europe. Every fourth Member State of the European Union is a bauspar country.
